Management Committee

FUTURE MEETINGS: The next meeting of the management committee will be on Thursday 22nd March 2012 at 6pm and the next meeting dates up so the summer are-

• Wednesday 2^nd May
• Tuesday 12^th June

All meetings are held at the LAYC offices with a 6pm start and sandwiches etc available from 5.30pm.

All the meetings will be held at Dunford House and please note car parking is ok without a permit in the Square at that time.

This is the secure area where all the minutes for the year 2010/11 and 2011/12 including AGM can be accessed and downloaded. Any supporting papers that may have been issued are not located on this site but copies are held in the office.

However, it will host all the papers issued in relation to the forthcoming committee meeting but these will be removed once the draft minutes for that meeting have been  posted onto the site.
