In an unprecedented move the published Grants Report (2016-19) was withdrawn on the eve the Education, Children and Families Committee on Monday (7th) and will now be dealt with at a full Council meeting late January/early February.

LAYC had sought a deputation to raise issues in respect of some member organisations who had not been recommended for a grant award and to call for a full review of the application and awarding process to learn clear lessons in order to ensure future arrangements are not as fraught.
